Skilled workers have education, work experience, knowledge of English which will help them find work
   and make a home for themselves as permanent residents in Canada. Skilled worker applicants need to
   pass the points system that CIC (Citizenship and Immigration Canada) sets and they must earn at
   least 67 points (out of 100 points) and have the funds required for settlement.

   - To be accepted as a skilled worker, applicants must -

   1. meet the minimum work experience requirements;
   At least one year of full-time work experience which is on the NOC list
   Work experience occurs in the 10 years before you applied

   2. prove that they have the funds required for settlement;
